Our practice is sector-aware: legal matters are not handled the same way in an industrial company, a distribution network, a financial group or a real-estate operator, and our advice reflects that specificity.
We advise foreign companies and law firms on Portuguese law, in coordination with the team already advising the client. We coordinate with the other jurisdictions involved.
We work in Portuguese and English and, where a matter so requires, in German.
